Request for rights of data subjects
Accountext, as a data controller, makes itself available to holders to resolve issues related to data protection in accordance with articles 18 and 20 of Brazilian Law no. 13709/2018 – General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD).

For rights requests, send your request to email lgdp@accountext.com.br. The applicant must be the data subject himself or his legally constituted representative. Therefore, to guarantee the privacy of the holders and the security of the data, Accountext may require the submission of additional documentation capable of proving the ownership of the applicant or his representative.
Responsible for the Processing of Personal Data
Under the terms of the General Data Protection Law, Accountext, as Data Controller, indicates “Phellipe Steines” as Person in Charge, who may receive communications through the contact e-mail address: lgpd@accountext.com.br.

As provided by law and in accordance with the rules of the National Data Protection Authority, all requests, complaints and communications will be handled by the Person in Charge, who must also adopt measures of interest to data subjects, and receive communications from the National Protection Authority of Data (ANPD).
